Catering facilities: We have a wide selection of catering available for buffet, cocktail, morning tea,lunch, afternoon tea, breakfast, and a la carte dinning menus. We also cater to your individual specific needs. The Fairways Brasserie provides meals, or light snacks all day, from a full hot breakfast to lunch and dinner.
